The loop

Ten stages, one continuous programme

Assess, locate, plan, log, roll up, report, re-assess. Every stage hands the next one real data — nothing is re-typed, and nothing is lost when a term or a therapist changes.

Stage 1 of 10 — Assess. A resumable checklist across 18 domains — close the laptop mid-session and nothing is lost.

  1. Assess

A resumable checklist across 18 domains — close the laptop mid-session and nothing is lost.

A diagram of the assessment screen: a checklist of domain items, each with a five-point prompt-score selector and an autosave confirmation.
  2. Locate

Scores become a profile: level and support intensity per stream, with the coordinator's call on top.

A diagram of the profile screen: a radar chart across domains beside the same values in a table, with support-intensity chips labelled L1 to L4.
  3. Action plan

Candidate goals per stream, ordered by the team — keyboard only, no drag required.

A diagram of the action-plan screen: candidate goals in a reorderable list with move-up and move-down buttons.
  4. IEP

Draft, review, approve, then the parent signs digitally before anything goes active.

  5. Yearly plan

Each goal gets a milestone per term, so the year has three checkpoints instead of one.

A diagram of the yearly plan: one goal with a milestone in each of the three terms.
  6. Monthly plan

SMART objectives with activities matched to what the child already loves doing.

  7. Daily logging

Trials, prompt level and a note — under a minute, with a child still in front of you.

A diagram of the session-logging screen: trial tick and cross buttons, a prompt-level selector and an elapsed timer under a minute.
  8. Progress

Trendlines, mastery events and risk flags computed from the logs, never typed in by hand.

A diagram of the progress chart: a rising trendline with a dashed criterion line and a star marking a mastery event.
  9. Reports

An accessible HTML report, content-hashed and immutable, with a PDF made from the same source.

A diagram of the published report: an accessible HTML document with a version number and a content hash.
  10. Re-assess

The next review starts from the last one — the loop closes and the child's history stays intact.

Three streams, 18 domains

One child, one plan, three specialisms

Every child's programme runs across all three streams at their own level and support intensity. Each stream has an owner; the child has a single IEP.

For families

A diagram of the parent portal on a phone: a skill shown as Then and Now, a home activity with a blame-free skip option, and a celebration of a newly mastered skill.

Parents are users, not spectators.

The same plan, on the family's phone

Every parent gets a login on the day their child joins. Not a monthly PDF — the live plan, in plain language, at 18px, on the phone they already own.

  • Then → Now

One skill, where it started and where it is today. The change is shown, not claimed.

  • Home activities

What to try this week, with blame-free skip reasons — "we ran out of time" is a valid answer.

  • Celebration moments

A mastery event reaches the family the same week it happens, not at the end of term.

  • Consents and meetings

Sign the IEP, grant or withdraw photo consent, and see the next meeting — all in one place.

Safeguards

What we will not do with your child's data

Every item below is enforced in the product, not stated in a policy document.

  • Data stays in India

One deployment, one school, servers in India. The schema is single-tenant on purpose — no other school's data shares a database with yours.

  • Student-scoped access

Staff see a child only through an active caseload assignment; parents only through guardianship. Every server action re-checks both.

  • Full audit trail

Every change to a child's record writes an audit row: who, what, when, from where.

  • Consent-gated media

A photo or video cannot be attached or displayed without an active photo/video consent from the family.

  • Zero third-party trackers

No analytics scripts, no ad pixels, no embedded maps or fonts. This page makes no request to any other company.

  • WCAG 2.2 AA

Keyboard-operable throughout, 44px targets, visible focus, reduced-motion honoured — on this site and inside the product.
